Workplace wellbeing team
Our HR team, which includes specialists in everything from recruitment, development and retention to H&S and occupational health, are dedicated to ensuring your wellbeing at work.
If something’s troubling you, be it a professional matter or something more personal, they’re on hand to listen and support.

In addition to the core team, there are also a number of workplace wellbeing volunteers within the company.
These are colleagues who, like several members of the workplace wellbeing team, have undergone First Aid in Mental Health training, delivered by MHScot Workplace Wellbeing.

As a Scottish Sea Farms colleague, you also have access to a wealth of specialist advice and support available online.
Employee Assistance Programme
Delivered by leading UK health and wellbeing provider Health Assured, the Employee Assistance Programme gives Scottish Sea Farms colleagues and their families free access to 24/7 support on a wide range of issues.
There’s also the option of more tailored support, should you wish it, by talking to a relevant expert by phone or online, or asking to be referred to a qualified counsellor in your local area.

My Health Assured app
Recent years have seen the Employee Assistance Programme added to with the My Health Assured app. It offers the same wide range of support, along with discounts and other special offers.
